Effective August 29, 2026 · Last updated August 30, 2026
This policy explains what information Velnox.ai collects through velnox.ai, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only. It does not cover any separate agreement you may sign with us for consulting work.
We collect what you type into the Strategy Session booking form, the contact form and the newsletter sign-up form. That typically means your name, business email, company, website and whatever you tell us about your operation. You choose what to send; none of these forms require information we have not asked for.
When you visit the site, standard technical data is recorded: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, browser and device type. This is analytics data about site usage, not a profile about you personally.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
The only parties that see your information are the service providers listed below, which process it on our behalf so the site can function.
The site uses analytics to measure traffic and understand which content is useful. Analytics sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop you using the site.
These providers process data on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms:
Some of these providers operate in the United States. If you are outside that country, your information may be processed there.
Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable working relationship with you, and then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in the analytics tool.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.
Depending on where you live, local privacy law may give you further rights – for example to object to processing, to request a copy of your data in portable form, or to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, but the other rights are available to you on request.
This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
